Endometriosis of the Bladder on CT scan

A CT scan through the pelvis (left) shows an endometriotic implant  on the bladder wall.  The image on the right shows the endometriotic implant overlaid in maroon on the right anterior surface of the bladder (yellow overlay) measuring about 1.1cms.  The fornix of the vagina is overlaid in pink.  Implants are usually too small to be visualized by conventional imaging and require laparoscopic evaluation for diagnosis.
