“Constitution of the Cells of the Tree” shows a rendered photograph of the Ginkgo leaf with the plant cell centrally placed in the leaf. The art piece pays homage to people of the tree- the cells. There is a democratic cry you can hear if you listen carefully. “We the Cells of the Tree, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution of the Tree”
